A global digital elevation model (DEM) dataset for all land areas on Earth. The DEM dataset has been enhanced to fill areas of missing data, creating a more complete global DEM.

How to access: 

To access the data, visit Earth Explorer and view the “Data Sets” tab. The SRTM datasets are found under the “Digital Elevation” category.  Data can be downloaded in GeoTIFF, digital terrain elevation data (DTED), and band interleaved by line (BIL) formats.
